Azie Scammed Max Cape Account I Bought

Explanation of the trade: I was referred by Laziz that Azie was selling a max cape for $2500 USD, so I connected with Azie and bought the Account on 11/26/2019. Then, on 12/14/2019 I "sold" the account back to him and have not received a payment for the account yet. Time has passed since, and he has gotten trade with caution, and now do not trade. I asked to be reimbursed, but he seems to be tight on cash, so I respectively just asked for the account back, but now he does not remember the accounts emails password, and cannot give it back to me. This is interesting because he has had the account listed for awhile here: [Ex Global Mod] Azie Main Shop 2277 Infernal Max Cape - More Accounts [OMM] [500+ VOUCHES]]. I am a very reasonable person to trade with, and I feel that this is just a scam and he does not want to give me the account back because I am 100% going to suicide it if I'm not getting payed based on how he has handled this situation. This is as easy as paying me through a payment plan, and I have given him time, but I do not see his actions owning up to the situation or having any plan to actually pay me back.

Amount scammed: $2500 USD

How they scammed: I am being ignored about a plan to pay me, and he has lost the details to the account that he should be able to just give back to me. Especially if it is a friends account he has known for a long time.
