Azie OSRS account recovery

Would like to note, that it seems as though he's done this all in one or two waves with every account he's sold. I purchased a high-level ironman with a lifetime warranty for $1200. Based on his T.O.S, he would keep the email so he could then recover the account. I guess he failed to add that this T.O.S doesn't apply if he recovers it himself. He and I were actually on pretty decent terms, if he needed the funds or was going through hard times I could have and would have helped him - which begs the question, he was definitely doing this just to do it and not because of financial hardship which is sad.
