Azie recovered almost-maxed account

I purchased an original account from Azie months ago. Because it was insecure (someone came in and recovered it and wiped all the GP), I gave it back to him and told him I wanted to get a different account. This report is in regards to the second account, which was worth the original funds, plus the additional funds I gave him because the second account was better.

He hasn't responded to me in 20+ days since I last contacted him and now the account is locked. His TOS state that he has to keep the original email so I have no way of trying to recover it back. Plus, the email has been changed during the recovery (see below).

I will retain the registered email on the account at all times for my security and your security. This is better for you as if anything happens to the account such as an account recovery, it will be fairly easy for me to verify this.

His TOS clearly entitles me to a full refund minus the $200 lifetime warranty I paid (see below):

If any customer wants to extend this warranty for life I will charge a one time fee of $200 for sales worth above $1000 and $100 fee below $1000.
Life time warranty would mean a 100% refund of what you paid for the account minus the $100/$200 fee no matter how long it's been in the result that the account gets recovered.
