Banned for 1b (200mil fire runes)

Was using this method (1 year before this video came out). It isn't cheating but you will still get banned (lol).



Had 98 accounts I legit made and they banned all for macroring. They only spared 2 accounts (my main, and an old noob account). These accounts were a mix of noob accounts I made in 2007-2011 to recently in 2017-2018.

Technically wasn't cheating as I made everything legit and did it all manually. Liked it as it was passive as I don't have time to no life this game for $ and only like pking with the clan for few hours a week. Must of produced a false positive.

This game doesn't have customer support (lol) so I guess I'm out.

Hopefully this information helps anyone who might be doing this. Goes to show even if you do it legit you will still get banned. (took over a year for bann to take place.)

They banned you for macroing despite never botting? That's ludicrous. There's a manual appeal form you can fill out, might be worth testing on one of the better accounts.

Imagine getting banned for botting when you weren't even botting, but let's be honest @OSRS Veteran that kind of behaviour would warrant a ban. It's exploiting limits imposed to the GE for a reason, you should just do the flipping on several alts that are trained up and played on for other things too.

 

It seems like after so many accounts they would stop buying since youre competing with yourself.

 

Never have been more mad at a video game. I filled that out for 20-30 accounts initially all were denied. I don't think they do manually review it tbh. They have non-existent/very weak customer support.

 

No I played completely clean. I made the accounts manually, did the quests manually, etc. thinking it would be fine if I did it myself. No past history, nothing.

Manually making or not, having so many accounts is a red flag.

I think making 20 accounts over the free membership offering was the nail in the coffin tbh. They had extra security precautions I recall a Jagex mod saying in reddit comment to prevent bot farmers from taking advantage. I thought I would be okay if making manually. banned happened a few weeks later for all but 2 of my accounts.

This was all early 2017 btw. Im making now as I signed in to see how my pk clan was doing. Highly frustrating memories hit me yesterday when I looked at my 700k bank!!!! Not rebuilding it just to be banned for no reason. Just got full time career and am dating, no time for this bullshit, though I do miss pking with the clan a lot :'(.

Fire rune prices were not impacted whatsoever and are still the same price (there are so many in the game). I wasn't manipulating prices or affecting on the GE despite how many I was buying. Basically I wasn't harming anyone.

I got flagged for having too many accounts and banned out of suspicion on being a bot farm (not so much getting around GE limits).

With that video made in my initial post....think of how many more people are doing it now. Fire runes price still not impacted.

 

Thank you very much. It is very rough stuff, frustrating, but due to non-existent customer support, I have to accept it. Hopefully readers can learn maybe something from my experience here. Even if its just one thing.

They sometimes give out macro bans for hand gold farmers so its nothing too surprising

 

This is most likely a ban for price manipulation, as someone else said.
