Auto Detecting Code?

From what I understand about private servers (please don't flame me if I'm wrong), you have access to the greater part of Runescape's source code.

Has anyone anylized it to discover the "top-secret" methods Jagex uses to automatically flag bots/autoers? If it can be found, autoers can be improved so as to be truely undetectable by Jagex

Anyone know anything about the subject?
