I think it's time staff looks into not allowing auto bumpers it's clearly getting out of hand with people taking advantage of it.

 

What are you trying to achieve here?

There could be a number of reasons why tickets are left unanswered for just an hour,
No stock, Problems with payment methods, or how's about the people are busy and are already dealing with a number of tickets and are making their way around to your request?

Simply stating "online" is not an offence? this could mean the discord server is active, and is open to the public, stating "online" does not suggest or state that you will have your ticket responded to instantly.

All the people you have mentioned and called out above, are good people, and offer a fantastic service. they use an Auto Bumper because they are eligible to do so, being Sythe Donors, Most people have a number of threads, and it's a hassle to constantly remind yourself to reply to all those threads every 4 hours. People are operating a business, not watching clocks and having 10 tabs open ready to reply to.

Sythe is not "flooded" by AFK people, at the end of the day, new customers to the website will add a number of people/join a handful of servers, If their ticket / Friend request goes unnoticed / responded to, it's not the end of the world? i'm sure somebody else will pick it up.

I'm not sure why you feel the need to go to all this effort here with all your little screenshots trying to prove that these people are "felons" it's hilarious.

Accept the game is dying, Accept custom is drying up, and accept that "you've made your money" as you said arrogantly and boastingly to me earlier before blocking me.

But then you guys wouldn't be able to on top of the many others. I'm going to look over this thread fully before I comment on anything more though

Yes, I think you are able to report for this though. I know you can report people who say they accept payment methods they do not currently accept, and this should fall under the same category (this could circumvent the removal of auto bumping a donor perk by just making a rule that if you don't respond within a set time you get an infraction).

 

I don't agree with this sythe post and I feel like some opinions made on this thread are blindfolded with Grant his proposals. I agree however there should be rules coming along with auto bumping but removing it has more disadvantages than otherwise.

For example: Grant his measuring is purely opening tickets and aiming discords on his alt account (Name: slickprick UID: 438597547846664193) that are offline when being bumped. If I speak for myself, I use an auto bumper and I feel like this is a solid advantage after donating $300 to Sythe. I myself am online approximately 8-14 hours a day while my staff covers most of the time I'm offline and I think most business partners do who are using an autobumper. In my case it means 5 out of 6 auto bumps a day, there would be someone online helping a potential customer. In case this isn't possible, a customer would simply go to a competitor (maybe to yourself? @Grant) so I don't see why this would be a threat for competitors if that's the case (as it's being taken as fundumental of taking autobumpers down).

Besides that I miss the full POV of the customer from the fundumentals you make. Start measuring the amounts of customers that don't waiting versus the ones who actual find this a problem (in case a business partner is unable to reply when being bumped). I miss common sense in your motivations and the measuring from both POV's.
