Well just do as wolves do and kill the weakest in the pack, or in your case, the one whom seems to be endangering people somehow by rapidly gaining speed at an exponential rate!

She must be like 150 yrs old if thats as fast as she can go. Heck a todler can go faster then that.

 

ok i have a solution to this problem. u get a lot of huney. and some grains. about 9 scruples of grain. also, 3 ringed lined paper. THIS IS NECESSARY!!!now that u have that pour all the honey on the paper. both sides. place the grain gently infront of the paper. if u go to fast it will run away. now when ur mother walks on the paper due to the attraction of fast forces liking grain, she will get stuck and will have to move slowly. problem solved

And do you happen to have a speedometer to see what speed she is really walking or are you just guessing? lol..
Um..tell her to slow the fuck down..if that dont work, when she's walking fast..trip her..
