Unable to sign up - Public internet

Hello! I was trying to register for Sythe as I was instructed it was required by me to take part and apply for a position at Hope's Services. I have only ever used/traded on Playerauctions so far, but when I went to sign up it said I was banned under a name "Zealot". I have no previous history here on sythe, but I do however live in a public complex where there is about 40 of us that share the same internet and people are constantly rotating in and out. Is it possible that it was just another person at some point in time using the same network as I am currently on? Is there anyway to confirm this or figure out why I am being associated with a banned account so I could register on your website? If it helps at all, here is a link to my playerauctions profile.
