• Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: I never scammed anyone, I had a deal dispute(s) over years which came up, which were plain disagreements, which was used against me as 'scamming'. I believe I got banned for my black-hat activity.

• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I was a member of another forum which the activity on this site was disallowed. I never once tried doing anything shady on Sythe and was just a member to simply browse. I got reported by someone I knew off-site who wanted to bother me, but at the time I wasn't an active Sythe member so I wasn't phased. I haven't been a member of said forum since 2014 (I was banned for disagreement with owner and I held my ground), and haven't done any disallowed activity since. Since joining Sythe on my current account, I've broken no rules, stayed to myself, and just done small trading as a hobby.

Below are the responses to threads linked by Jason Here:

1. This was resolved. He'd NEVER admit to it being resolved now, you can tell by the way he declined my repayment for YEARS. If this isn't good enough, I'd pay the amount to the community repayment fund, but NOT to him. He knows damn well he received his money.

2. He got scammed by an imposter.

3. This was resolved. He ended up receiving his phone hence the report got closed. The tracking number I gave him at the time expired after however long after it was delivered, which I mention. He tried exploiting me for money after receiving it and gave up.

4. I never scammed him. I leaked ANOTHER users program which was wrong, yes, and I KILLED this guy on a game, yes, but I never scammed him.

5. This is the only 'real' report listed here. I was self-banning myself for 3 months due to having exams coming up and not wanting to be distracted. I was proxy selling gold for a friend (hence me saying different amounts by LARGE differences in our PMs, https://puu.sh/E3rKg.png , https://puu.sh/E3rKw.png) who ended up receiving this guys BTC and not trading the gold over. I banned myself like 30 minutes after I believed the trade was over like I planned, because the user and my friend from what I remember were talking in-game. My friend disappears and I say fuck it and don't concern myself over it. The owner of the site ended up extending my ban to 1 year due to me essentially 'scamming' this guy, which I ended up making another account to pay him back a month later ( https://puu.sh/E3r84.png ). I completely understand that I was responsible for this trade and it's my fault he was scammed hence I publicly contact him to reach out and collect his money. This was resolved privately in personal messages which is impossible for me to prove due all of my accounts every created on this off-site platform were wiped years ago.

6. Guy tried framing me with an imposter

I admit to making mistakes, and doing a lot of disallowed and frowned upon activity. These deal disputes and the disallowed activity was only during 2012-2014. It's been 5 years since these events. I made the biggest mistake being careless proxy selling for someone and someone getting scammed out of my own carelessness. Now, I firmly believe I am in no debt to anyone for anything, despite having these threads posted against me. I have paid anything back rightfully owed even though it's IMPOSSIBLE for me to conclusively prove. I'm disallowed on accused site, and all of my private messages / resolutions are no longer available and haven't been for years. If these amounts will still be held against me after me providing insight, I'm going to continue to dispute them, otherwise any money I owe will not be going to these people, and I'd rather it go to Sythe's community repayment fund. Not only are my off-site accounts non-existent now, so are the people who posted these threads on me, OR, they've been inactive for YEARS. I had a lot of feud with all of these members apart from 5., which is publicly visible, and if you put the pieces laid out together on all of these threads, you'll see it's just a feud war and everyone trying to tarnish everyone. That was just the nature of the site when I was active on it from 2012-2014.

I consider myself a Sythe member now and I have done so since 2016. I've consistently kept to myself, not made any brute-force attempts to gain trust which could imply scamming, and have been an active member of the community in terms of CDT events, discord activity and service offerings. I won't pay resolved debts when it's just a battle of your word vs mine. I have nothing to prove anymore as my years of activity on Sythe ever since this account was created has been nothing but optimal. The outcome of my pardon will also not change my community engagement on Sythe. I'm clearly not here to make money. I'm just wanting to just have a forum platform to post my service offerings and collaborate with other members on projects. I'd be quite disappointed if my pardon requests are unsuccessful, but I'll still be around regardless. I hope my actual community engagement and activity, over the past year especially, proves I want to be a respected member of the community and it's not just a facade to pull a large scam quit and leave.
