Are we allowed to use proxies? When Sythe doesn't load

Sometimes Sythe works fine, then 5 minutes on, the website stops loading and responding, I've been told by mods that I'm IP blocked when this happens, and happens to most of the people in the UK.

I'm wondering if we can use proxies and then view sythe?

There would of course be different IP's on the account, but that would be from the proxies of course.

Are we allowed to do this? Looking to get answers from admins mainly.

I was one of the first people for this to happen to, like maybe a year ago?

I asked back then to one of the mods if it was okay for me to proxy onto the site, and the answer was "techincally no". And that was all.

Not much help im sure, but thats my 2 cents.
