I smoke it only occasionally, so it isn't really a problem. I'm in a pretty good shape.

I have to be in excellent shape for my summer league baseball team so I don't smoke any more. Even when I did smoke cigarettes for a little while, I was still fit.

Smoke weed, mabye twice a week. In good shape.

THC has no chemically adictive properties, but I know people who just smoke all day every day, unless you reach that stage I see no fitness downfalls.

 

I smoke some cigarettes, but not any weed. I work out and run very often, so yes I'm in good shape.

I'm pretty sure you can be in good shape if taking substances such as weed. But as for cigarette's there is a downfall in you stamina.

I know a person who smokes weed everyday he is thin like anorexic thin its nasty.

Also being Skinny isn't healthy its icky.

My friend lost weight smoking but i went jogging with him and he couldn't even jog half a mile without collapsing..
He could run basically the same distance as me before he started smoking...

This is a stupid post. I have a lot of stoner friends that are basically track team stars. It all depends on the person. Just because he got lazy as fuck doesn't mean pot makes you out of shape.

Lung function can be maintained if you aren't a super heavy smoker.
