Arashi high pardon, owes me $18

I have tried PMing this to Mods but I don't think PMs are working or something, it erases from my sent box.


I randomly checked back on Sythe, haven't been active latly and happened to notice that Arashi was trying to do a high pardon. He had charged me back $18 or it was reversed or whatever he is claiming. He says he provided proof but it is rather suspicious that he just so happens to have his paypal limited and transactions reversed right after he got banned here.

Anyway, here is the original Report A Scammer I had issued after he was banned for documentation purposes in case he ever did try to come back, in hopes that I would some day be compensated.

I also would like to note that he has never tried to contact me trying to repay me and if I did not happen to stumble upon him trying to get a high pardon he probably never would have, even though I have previously sent him MSN messages, and my MSN is still the same.

Thank you for your help, hopefully I will be able to get repaid from this, but if that does not happen, hopefully he at least will not be allowed back because of it.

I have tried getting a hold of him since finding out he was trying high pardon and have not been able to so far.
