Arashi's High Pardon

I don't know how many of you still remmember me, if you don't remmember my case and why i am requesting a high pardon, ill ask you to please search my name and read my threads requesting a pardon, also read my vouches for people supporting me from the community and do your own research before judging as it's kind of a long story. I my self cannot do the research without an account and i am limited to what google can find for me and to be honest i kinda forgot how stuff exactly happened, it's been over 6 months and i have moved on with my life so please research my case if necessary.

I am here because as i have stated many times before, i love this forum, i consider my self nothing but a member of this forum that can and will also try to help out the community, i enjoy the respect and reputation that sincerity and responsability can earn you in this forum.

Here are some threads that i found about my case.
TO BE CLEAR: I was Tenrai, months after i was banned i made a new account and that is "Arashi", Arashi was banned because of ban evading by ClashFan whom has given me full support in this incident.

The reason why i was banned in the first place:

Then i made a new account "Arashi", which was banned for ban evading (Tenrai was my first account) Arashi was my new account, i didn't like the way my case was handled with Tenrai so i made a new account "Arashi" which was a mistake and i shoudln't have done and im sorry.

I gained the support of 5 Admins/Mods with Arashi, my case was moved for a vote after that, then it was denied as they coudln't give an answer because i had to refund people due to a PayPal limitation causing a lot of Charge Backs, note that this wasn't my fault and i did prove it, The records should be in Arashi's threads.

Well this PayPal limitation plays another big part in this situation, PayPal limited my account because they say i was doing something suspicious, now i don't know what exactly caused this, maybe it was people trying to charge me back, or just simple too many paypal gift transactions. In the process of the limitation i called them several times and they kept saying they didn't want any more business with me and that my account was permanently closed. I told them, that i coudln't understand why people were been affected by this, even payments i made from months ago were been placed on Hold, even Microsoft Xbox Live payments. In the end almost everything was charged back, BUT SOME OF THOSE WHO CONTACTED ME WERE REFUNDED, WELL SOME OF THEM, THAT HAD SMALL ORDERS OF 20M I WAS ABLE TO REFUND BECAUSE I HAD THAT MONEY IN STOCK, ONE OF THEM WAS "POCKET" AND THE OTHER GUY I DON'T REMEMBER HIS NAME.

It's been over 6 months and i have retrieved the money from PayPal, i can refund everyone but they need to contact me, i already contacted many of them and never received any replies, they've gone inactive or used random emails to chat with me. So those affected can still contact me on my msn [email protected] i never deleted my contacts i have them added. Note that i cannot simply refund everyone if they don't contact me. Im running late someone is waiting for me.
