    Hey i got banned since someone hacked my skype account and i heard he dude who hacked my skype account scammed a guy, i'm willing to refund the guy that got scammed could you please pm me him username so i can contact him straight and make sure he has back what he lost. under futher redo thanks for your time - tokz ket

    Evidence was never produced. The user didn't bother replying to me which is odd.

    He was banned for a report made in which he claims his account had been hacked. This is why Kill and Super decided he should be liable to refund the user.

    Unless there is evidence of a scam he can't be held liable for anything. This is to prevent people from faking reports/extorting people for money
