Appealing my TWC

I would like to dispute this TWC, The trade that was going to take place was for a party hat set on a private server which he wanted in exchange 20m rsgp. I told him to go first because it was only 20M & he said that he didn't want to go first and offered to use a middleman, I said it wasn't needed. He got offended, so requested a twc. Is this even fair? I wasn't going to scam him nor did I, & I told him that I would always use a official middleman, but I just wasn't purchasing his phat set.

Come on guys, what is this for? I never scammed anybody nor did I attempt to.
Atleast, give me an explanation on why I have a TWC. I atleast deserve that please because i'm sort of clueless on why I was issued one.

This really is hindering my business, everybody thinks i'm a scammer. I'm requesting some help please?

I never denied using a official middleman, and the fact that he left out like half of the conversation....

I have to admit its really fishy. Get us some proof of successful trades since the report and we will talk about removing your TwC.
