Disputing my twc

hi i have a twc sign. this was due to when i was buying an account i set recoveries. i then had to go out and play a football match, of which when i returned he started accusing me of scamming. i was always gonna pay him the money but he never gave me a chance to and sold the account and giving me a twc. he said he would remove it if i bought another account off him, and i did this not only once but twice. after i asked him to take the twc off and he said he couldn't because he was temp banned. he said it would take 2-3 days to get unbanned. so i contacted him a week later and he said he was perm banned. which is why i am appealing today.

please remove as i am wanting to start my own mming thread!
