Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behavior leading to TWC: I got upset with a worker, for what I now realize were very bad reasons and I was really mostly just upset at some other things that had nothing to do with this worker or situation. This led to me ignoring his messages for 2 weeks while he was waiting for the 2 weeks hold period to receive a return for his deposit after leaving his engagement with my server. I also failed to keep permanent records of my worker agreeing to the TOS as my discord server and account had been deleted and I had not secured copies of these agreements elsewhere.

Anything else you wish to say: At first I was in disagreement with staff decision about this TWC and was holding my ground based on semantics about my TOS. I realized a little while after that I was just being a stuck up douchebag and it was unethical not to communicate with my former worker regardless of any semantics or TOS rules and was just unfair and not nice. I have since apologized and made up with said former worker and we are all good now.

While I have always operated the customer side of things with very high level of communication and professionalism this event made me realize I needed to handle the worker side of my operations more professionally. I now store all my important agreements for workers and other entities in saved files or in sythe PM’s instead of just on discord and I have changed several behind-the-scenes business practices.

Prior to/excluding this incident I have always been an advocate for people to be treated fairly and have always held myself to the highest standard of business. I fell short of and lost sight of that during this incident. I can say confidently that I wont have anymore issues with workers or anybody for that matter, and I plan to operate space station with the utmost accountability as we continue to progress. We have continued to trade actively and safely throughout the duration of the TWC and I hope the vouches we’ve gathered can demonstrate that
