Appeal to remove my ban

I have been banned for a long time, for the following reason: Ban evasion. I've read some threads about this, and I can assure you that I have been false banned.
Please look on my IP-logs. I am 100 % sure someone else has been on my sythe. Please, check IP-logs.

I was banned from well...over a year ago, and first, now I found out how to submit an appeal.


- I have never scammed anyone
- I have never tried to do some fishy stuff.

Response to Chloe: I know this thread was created which you refer to, with the ban evading. But please, check my IP-logs, I know I haven't written such thing. Please check IP-logs. You can also see that, there is only one registered account connected to this IP.
You have to believe, that it wasn't me. Please give me a chance to prove I don't do such things.

Unfortunately, I got hacked by user whose username I can't remember, but luckily I got his IP and I am going to prove that he hacked me.
Yes, my computer got infected by a keylogger after I stupidly opened an exe. file which wasn't the smartest thing to do. Exactly the hacker admitted this, so I couldn't report him on Sythe, so he took advantage on my account and got me banned by saying that I am being a ban evader which I ain't.
Furthermore, he also hacked my 07 account.
I looked back in my inbox from my Hotmail and found this. His IP from my recent activity1 and a mail which shows that there has been an unusual activity2 on my account. I am going to post the screenshots under here. With the hackers IP, I can assure you that the IP I am showing you, is the same the hacker used to create the ban evader thread.

Where did you click the exe file? Can you prove you weren't just letting a hacker use your profile?

I clicked on the exe from a file from skype, when I was chatting with him, because he was selling some BM. Don't ask me about his skype, it's over a year ago, so I can't find it. The way he tricked me was by saying that he needed mods for his new private server, so he sent me the exe file, and I was so dumb opening it. I can't post a screenshot of this since skype only can restore messages from half a year. And again, I got hacked, you can see that by IP-logs, with all the proof I have given you.
And no I wasn't letting a hacker use my profile, and I won't let that happen. You have to believe this. It's not easy to find every single conclusive proof unfortunately, therefore you have to believe what I am saying. I know I can prove this, since I learned my mistake by clicking a dumb file.


If you are going to ask me why I appeal this late, here is the reason. I had no clue, that you could appeal and recently I found out how to.

I don't believe it, imo.
I don't see why someone who's ratted you would try and get you banned rather than try and scam you, and if you're ratted they wouldn't be detected in your emails as they have your PC infected.

Will leave this open for other mods to have an opinion though.

There's no RAT involved tho. He claims to have been keylogged which triggered Microsoft's security email.

Yeah if this was a RAT then it would make no sense.

 

If those emails are legit then i think he's innocent.

 

My statement still stands, why would someone who hacked him not scam instead of just getting him banned? Also, the person who *hacked* him clearly knows how Sythe works as he knew admitting to being a ban evader would get him banned.

I still don't believe he was hacked, I feel he more than likely gave his info to a scammer/hacker and his Sythe password was likely the same as his emails password.

 

I don't know. I think muddi mentioned the guy who sent him the klogger had a "username" meaning it could have been another sythe member who knew how Sythe worked.

And i feel the kind of people that distribute keyloggers are the same kind of people that not only take your rs money but drop your untradeables just to fuck with you.

You asked for proof of me clicking the exe file. All I could find after searching is this picture. You can from this see, that I opened a stupid exe file. This was sent from the hacker on skype. m

 

Hello I got another important point to address.
@Chloe you said that you dont believe it in your opinion etc. And I understand why. Becuase something important I didn't mention was, that the hacker wasn't specifically going after my sythe account, but in stead he was going after my runescape account, and he also managed to hack that.

This was, what the hacker took from my bank back then.

Chloe, Now you ask why someone who ratted me would rather try to get me banned then try to scam me. As you can see, from the screenshot, you can see that the hacker took all my stuff. Think logically. He got me banned on sythe, so I couldn't make a report on him. That's why he probably wanted to get me banned lol.

And again Chloe. I got keylogged and as you can see from my email login activity which I linked above, you can see that The hackers IP who also hacked my email to hack my RS account, is the same IP on my sythe account. Please I beg you.
Check which IP this sythe account were created with and check the unusual IP that has been on my sythe account, because I know it is exactly same as the hackers IP as you can see from my unusual logon activity on my email.
