Anyone Help Me :/?

So recently about 2 weeks ago i was keylogged and lost my bank. I recovered the account and slowly made my bank back, and the same kid hacked me again, even after my computer was cleaned and scanned. I recovered it once again, and a 3rd time he hacked me last night. I have no clue, i got the keylogger removed, and scanned it and it was clean. So then this afternoon after school i tried recovering through email as i always did, and the email didnt show up for 2 hours, so i though he had removed it. So i did a regular recovery because i got impatient before the email showed up and my account got locked. I then tried recovering the locked account and they Denied me 2 times, then on my 3rd try a message popped up saying your Ip is temporarily banned from doing this, you have tried too many fradulant recoveries...so on.

Can anyone give me tips/help.

Also if anyone has a spare account i could really use one right now. Not to beg.
