Help!

Ok so yesterday I got teamviewer hacked. All I did was log my friends account on someones PC (go ahead call me a noob, just don't flame in the topic). He hacked the account and my friend is trying to recover it. I just had the pass and username to two of his accounts. He recovered one but he can't the other one. Someone please tell me why

 

You didn't get Teamviewer hacked, you got Keylogged. Someone can have such a device installed, so they can see all your passwords etc.

Your friend probably doesn't have enough information required to recover the account.
