Anyone help me set a pic for my forums name?

[Driggers]

I just don't know how to set it up, I'm a noob when it comes to forums. I'd like an animated one like this: "http://www.pouet.net/topic.php?which=4161"

HALP

If an animated one can't go next to my name, I'd like to know how to put it in my signature
