Go to a book store, go to the diet section. Count how many Keto books there are compared to other traditional PROVEN diets...In fact I challenge you to find more then a few books that aren't about Keto.

Don't fall into the trap of Keto my friend, it's nothing but a sham to sell products. You will not hear about Keto again next year, it's 2018's fad diet. High fat low carb isn't good at all. 99%+ of people doing Keto will never get their body into Ketosis.

If you're body building go for the traditional diets, not a fad diet. You seem pretty serious about your body so do what's tried and true.

    Just my 2 cents.

Yes. When your body is in a ketogenic state. Your metabolism will change so you are not as hungry and when you do eat you will eat less. Your body is getting its energy/calories by burning the fat that is stored. I use a ganoderma coffee blended with irish butter and MCT oil. Walk 20-30 minutes a day. It works for me and my wife. If you want the recipe let me know.

@Golds I don't completely agree with your statements. Keto diet's do help from personal experience, I have felt x10 the amount of energy, and this is coming from someone that has tried all different types of nutritional regulatory diets.
In america we are the number 1 producers of wheat and grains, did you know that these industries had an influence on the food pyramid? 45-60 % carbs? bleached flour? cereals?
and you say "you seem pretty serious about your body so do what's tried and true" are we living in the stone age? or is this north korea? Everybody's body reacts differently to nutrition, try something that is for you , try something that makes you get up in the morning and brings motivation to your plate, because that sad PB&J wont.
