Problem with a mod spreading lies about us/ unwilling to read proof but " skim through it".

Hi Gen,
We have a serious problem of a mod being unwilling to read all proof and purely cuz of that is making statements that in prior proof already has been proven, but now he says the opposite because he didnt read it. Making us look sketchy every chance he gets. Could you please help us out on this one to serve justice as the mod already released payment to the other side purely on a uneducated own beliefs guess. This is far from justice, and far from the way these things should be handled. Im asking you since you are our last hope on justice.

This is a disgrace of a mod. He had one job to do, read the proof. Based on the fact that if this whole situation was a refund fraud all the way, the mod just have made it succeed. We are disgusted by the mod randomly spitting out stupid stuff that makes us look bad ( stupid because hes making uneducated statements due to making statements that go vice versa of our provided proof)

Based on the fact that in this crazy field of runescape you dont want businesses to have proper internet security measures, because then you'll put a label on them with Do not trade. We're from now on not gonna respond to any requests on this shit hole sythe anymore. This is not me being a prick, this is me stating the pure honest opinion of us, experiencing our stay here.

It’s clearly stated that the reason you got the DNT is because you are sharing accounts. In the rules it’s clearly stated Under “Major rules” this isn’t allowed.

The Official Sythe.org Rules

• Interacting on Two or More Accounts/Sharing Accounts: You are strongly advised not to create more than one account on Sythe. If you do, ensure that the accounts do not interact with each other. Results in a 2 week ban.
  • Using a secondary account SOLELY to bump your threads threads is permitted. Normal bump rules still apply.
    
  • Sharing accounts is not allowed, however a company may have its own Sythe account, distinct from its members/shareholders, provided it complies with the other rules.

 

First off, why would you the guy who benefitted from mods mistake pull up some rules about sythe while we already clearly said that only one person uses our sythe account. Mod knows this, and even said: its hard to prove account sharing.
So we are not guilty until proven. We've stated it clearly but you cant expect to have a normal outcome when you have a mod that wants to troll with pictures instead of admitting his mistakes. Now we got a client who had a fully working and even updated to his specific needs, which was delivered upon, defending a mod making a mistake. We know that client only wanted our stuff for free, hence asking to use paypal to chargeback, and thats the reason why AFTER you had decided to pay with 07GP which you thought we would sell back to you through your specific request of buying back that 07gp with pp.
Now how does one does this if u had everything delivered upon you, but you still want your money back?
You make specific request that you never made before making an agreement, and wont let counter part deliver on their promises.
That plus a retard mod who makes statements that are vice versa of the given proof, makes the lil bastards above profit, from our work without paying.
