Andre Account Recovery

Scammer's profile link: Andre
Explanation of the trade: Purchased an account created by andre. I then resold it to another user. Andre has refused to recover the account.
How they scammed: Account locked and he's refusing to unlock it. He possibly attempted to recover the account.
Sythe PM picture: Banned so cant access. He did confirm he was the creator of the account via PM.

Other relevant trade screenshots: I sold the account to a user on skype. I can provide any proof necessary. I'd have to fire up my old laptop however, Im currently using my desktop. Andre refused to recover the account with out a scam report. Well Andre here you go. (douche bag)

I want Andre to unlock the account and give it back to the current owner. As per sythe rules the original owner can always recover the account. Up until now he has completely refused to unlock the account or accept my add on skype. He wanted proof of purchase which was provided but still refuses. Either he unlocks the account or you guys ban this HICK. Either way im kosher with it. Ill handle any issues with the current owner if Andre refuses to unlock the account.

 

We will need all proof that you have bought the account from Andre.
Photos of chat, photos of acc, etc.

I sold this account to "Alright" in january if i remember his Sythe name correctly. Since then it has changed hands like 10 times and I had to recover it like 5 times already because it keeps changing hands and getting locked or some shady shit. I can't just recover the account and give it back to every random saying that the account got locked. I need proof, confirmation, everything. I don't want to be held liable if I return the account to the wrong person.
Oh, and since I sold the account in january I never accessed it again, so I did not sell the account to this guy, unless he's "Alright". If he's "Alright", then he is also lying because afaik he sold the account to "Hattez" a few weeks ago (after I recovered the account for him, with Video's approval). Then again, Hattez resold it once again or something, so I literally have no clue who's the rightful owner or anything. My account literally became a hoe, and I get to deal with the problems caused by this account reselling shit.

edit: if the guy that created this thread is the one bugging me on skype, I told him like 5 times to create a scam report or atleast to get Hattez to pm me he sold him the account or anything, and all he came with were some chatlogs. And now he's accusing me I don't want to recover it. Ofcourse I won't recover it for a random person how dumb do you think I am ?

@Andre , If you read the post from Gracious above Hattez claims that you have been ignoring him and not talking to him.

Besides that, He claims to have only sold it to one user and stands by that. He also claims that the person he sold the account to didnt not resell it and is posting this thread.

This could have led to jagex being suspicious of account ownership which led to the account being locked.

All in all i'd say recover the account for Hattez who posted this thread.

Also, I have to type this aswell, just to show how he's using all this.
Hattez bought this account from the guy I sold it to for like 100$ (because the guy was in a "hurry to sell it", he's really shady ) and then resold it for 430$ and now wants to put all the blame on me, fuck yes. I do have a life, a job and he messaged me 24 hours ago for the first time. Sorry for not being on skype all the time solving your problems.

You can see from this picture he wants to take all the profit and put all the blame away from him

Unfortunately Hattez has the right to sell the account for any amount of $ he would like.

And due to you being original owner, you aren't the blame for the account getting locked, but you are held responsible to recover and unlock it.

Since they probably won't post because they like to see this thread up here. Also change the title, and the whole OP. account was never recovered, it was locked. Also can he just slander me as he did with no consequences? It's clear he was trying to slander me if you read the conversation on this picture.
