and yes jagex has their probe up nexus' ass because nexus used to be first with new ideas and every one else copied them. but now the others get new ideas...and jagex looks at them too.

i have used nexus lite and pro....scar....rsbot....and jmacro... and i have written scripts too. if nexus pro was free i would use it because it is a little better than rsbot or scar. not a lot better and not worth $80 a year imho. nexus lite isnt any good to me because i cant minimize it.

those four do not have their antiban use what is needed to stop jagex from detecting them. reflection... unsigned.... randomization.... security ...those treat the problem after it starts. they need to try to stop the problem before it starts.

1st. Tom was an admin over 3 years ago... When RSCA was not even born.....Not even NeXuS was born, so im not even sure why the hell you would call him a "Nexus admin".

I make $250 a week, and I'm still in high school, and that doesn't count what I make off of RS.

A lot of people who play RS aren't even 16 and have no source of income. If their relatives pay for it, $5 a month isn't unreasonable. If it is, they can use F2P. $15 (more) a month might be out of the question, and coming up with $80 to lower the cost to $6.67 a month would also be out of reach.

And pointless either way. Everybody I talk to (in other words, people who aren't shills for anybody) says RSBot is every bit as good, and SCAR isn't bad, either. So why pay $15 an hour?

And haxirs...........you didn't answer my question, so I'll repeat it until you do or make it obvious that YOU HAVE NO GOOD ANSWER FOR IT

Now if that question is too tough, maybe Mark can come back and talk about reflection, bcel, Java security, randomization, etc. some more. All things which I believe are also in RSBot, dunno about SCAR.

The first admin I was referring to was Tom who scammed people.

The second Admin was Mark, who agreed to give personal information out to whoever asked for it. That's on the RSCA site, unless they remove it later.

In my previous post I was referring to Tom(the one who scammed) and explained that in fact he was never an RSCA or "Nexus" admin as you write your post.

RSbot and Ibot are two completly different bots, and work different, RSbot does not use Reflection, instead it client-hacks.

Arga is not dead it's just not being updated anymore. If I wanted to, I could have it running in 3 hours (the new ARGA).

RSBot will probably die earlier then iBot, but that's because we do it for free. So we have no motivation at all, if times arive when I don't have time to update. I just don't do it Smiley. September next year, I'll go to university (hopefully), which means rsbot will be dead then unless it dies before or someone updates it himself.

Im not trying to make this into a Rsbot vs ibot war, I am just providing you with the facts, unlike you guys, on which you based your post in complete opinion.

If you want to use rsbot go ahead by all means, but you will get banned sooner or later, however if you use NeXuS(with the right java security options) you will have a very little chance of getting banned.

nexus pro is only a little better than rsbot or scar. i would use it if it were free. i would not pay even 1 dollar a month for it...not even 10 a year. i have used it and the others. it is not much better. nexus lite is no good because it cant be minimized.

on private info....you have no right to tell anybody that....only if the police make you. that makes you just as much a criminal as the person who scammed imho.

reflection observes and modifies runtime behavior. since it is dynamic...it has to be resolved. this makes it slower. bcel lets you manipulate bytecode in class files...hacking if you will. it is less complex than reflection but it is also much faster. many machines that can handle bcel have trouble with reflection because it requires more resources.

ibot and scar use reflection. rsbot uses bcel and runs faster. imho if rsbot is set up right the chance of being banned is no worse than with scar or nexus. but none of them use what is needed to really stop bans.

so i have used nexus scar and rsbot and imho nexus is not worth 15 a month.

Four minutes of my life that I can never get back.

And FWIW: I run 6-8 accounts at once. I can't even run that many on Ibot. It's easy on Rsbot. I never tried Scar or JMacro so I can't say about those. And I've had as many bans with Ibot as with Rsbot...4 each. I've run Rsbot a lot more, so no Ibot doesnt get fewer bans for me. Dont copout by telling me I don't know how to set it up. I have a few clues, but for $15 a month, Ibot should come all set up for me and run perfect right out of the box. It doesn't. So Ibot does nothing for me. Rsbot FTW.

He surrendered it when he applied for the level of verification on the forum and willing knowes that if and when he scams it will be given out to thoose who were scammed. Dude, I wouldn't buy your product for $1 a month for many good reasons. One.... I don't trust you. What would stop you from selling my name and address to third parties? Your word? You've already shown you'll give out info if you think it's okay to do it. If I pissed you off, what would stop you from using my name and address to lookup or even pay to get my phone number and then having your friends prank me? You've already broken the rules. What would stop you from doing it again?

Three....I don't see any reason to buy something that doesn't do any better a job than your free competition does. You can talk about your reflection, heat clusters, band adjustments, multithreading, hooks, etc. All I care about are results. Why should I pay $15 for your product when it's banned me as often as Rsbot has? If your bot gets reported and a JMod shows up invis or as a normal player, is your bot's antiban going to fool the JMod's eyes? I think not. It will look like a bot, and it will get banned.

There are other reasons, but those are enough...for now.

Reason 1: You don't trust him. Well, for 1, most likely, 3rd parties probably already have your information. Three. No one want's to buy anything for no reason. That's a waste. This is a plausible and sane reason. With money, however, comes incentive. Security, labors at least. Developers are more compelled, while as things like Rsbot could die any minute. Does that make Ibot better? No, I'd say you could go either way. Go the free route and drift with whatever way it goes, or pay a little to know its going to go somewhere with a standard of quality.

So lets use your logic for choosing why I backup nexus.
