    After you Workout.

    After you guys workout, and you got nothing else to do for the day, do you guys just eat?
    It's like you're so bored, you eat to hopefully get un bored...

    After you Workout.

    Not following the logic of that.... Is there nothing else in life after working out but food? I honestly don't have time to eat. I meal prep and make protein shakes. Don't have time to eat beyond that, fortunately.

    After you Workout.

    I normally have 4 meals a day without calculating any macros. I just try to eat clean and healthy. Moreover, I workout in the evening, so following that, either I have 2 egg whites or just wait for sometime and eat dinner. Just gotta give your body some energy and protein following your workout. :)

    After my workouts I generally get some good protein, and if it's early enough I will eat dinner a couple hours after that.

    I personally do not use "whey" or milk based protein products, the vegan ones settle with me the best. I'm not a vegan/vegetarian either. If you want some brands I have tried I can give them to you.

    After you Workout.

    Right now my schedule runs around the gym so I got all my meals to cook and eat which takes up the majority of my time, also study during the day at home. It feels very much like a chore to be eating this many meals a day, I personally find it hard to eat clean and get 3500 calories a day, got 6 hours left of the day and got a whopping 4 meals left to eat so it is going to be a struggle.

    Yeah man that's a crazy amount of food... Especially "clean" food. Are you doing a lean bulk?

    Im trying to keep it as lean as possible however I do have junk every now and then and if I missed a couple meals I normally make a mass gainer or something at home to get some of the calories back.

    Eat some fucking shock tarts and have a protein shake. No joke. High GI carbs such as gummy bears, shock tarts, really anything containing small amounts of carbs and dextrose are great intra and post workout. They help to boost insulin which in turn will help with protein synthesis for the muscles you've just trained.
