Adding payment error on Coinbase

[moosey]

Created a account on Coinbase to add BTCs, went ahead to try and add my credit card and I get this error. The thing is I didn't even pull out my wallet yet to add a card and it saying im already at a max limit to add my card. Any solutions?

I'm on mobile, so I'm not really able to look around. Nonetheless, Coinbase has been having major problems with verification and such.
