Change protocol for skype images in Report a Scammer

It's very easy to fake scam reports,
I mean way too easy at the moment,

Now I will explain what I mean by this,
Current to prove a skype belongs to someone all you need to do is simply upload a picture with skype id next to the skype chat,

This can A be photo shopped,
or alternatively, you can open a skype id next to chat logs with an imposter,
So an example of alternative is here,

Now let's presume in this image I'm trying to imposter someone *Removed*

If I had the same image etc as helldog and same profile picture I would look fully legitment with the current sythe system of a report a scammer.

We'll see as I was a victim of these scams a long time ago and the person photoshopped it and I was proven innocent, I can tell you this is a real problem in sythe

So amazing a broken man what your system to combat this great flaw in sythe with your great intelligences and good looks?

Simple really, if you have the chat logs up with a person on skype the person the name highlights blue, so to combat the problem I would like to change how this particular sticky works ATTENTION! ALL SKYPE PROOFS MUST INCLUDE THIS! , I would like to it to be changed so that all images must be uploaded with gif image instead of the current straight forward image ,

This will combat imposters due to the highlighted name I stated previously and completely remove the problem of photoshopping in the eitherty. This will save countless people from being banned for scamming while they have committed no offense.
