Someone said I scammed them 2years ago 'off-site'

I'm currently not an active trader, I make gfx and view them on the forums.

Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC:
Someone simply typed a reply to 1 of my topics saying " You scammed me 2years ago 'off site' " thats all. This is someone I clanned against 2years ago on runescape, he was an enemy of the clan I was a part of, there was no scamming or trades at all, also I haven't played/clanned for over 1year.

Anything else you wish to say:
Yes, I'm a 5year user, I'm not active with trades I view the GFX created in the gfx section, I get my ideas/learning from others completed gfx projects/art.
If i can get this Caution removed, I would like to sell 1 of my RuneScape Pure Accounts.
I was given this caution in June!
