    Honestly starting to piss me off, every time i go in there all i get is cheeky responses.

    All what they do is state the complete obvious and can't actually do anything. It's like trying to buy gold from someone and just saying they got their payment but won't give the gold. Honestly, all what i asked was for simple questions and they state the obvious and can't do anything about the concern.

    Not to mention i lost connection due to the Toronto snow storm, net was down and my PA was on 20 min delivery but couldn't get on computer so i had a bunch of orders that i got a fee for and its been a week and i still got negative balance. >_<

    Can't really not use it, if a customer wont submit ID then i wont sell directly via Paypal so they buy on Playerauctions. Just a fuss they take this much commission and don't do anything sweet

    Hi Violent,

    Thanks for emailing me and PMing me the issue. I've taken time to look into both your issues, and unfortunately you hit two items which need to be escalated.

    The first issue, having to do with a deposit to clear out your balance is a money related issue, and (as is the case for most businesses) is handled by our finance team. Unlike our CS team, our finance department are only in the office M-F 9hrs/day, and cases like this will be handled by our Controller.

    Your second issue, is a matter of legacy. While theoretically, CS could handle an issue such as removing feedback, it has traditionally been handled by the product staff, which again, they are not 24/7. As we do not get this issue too frequently, we've not considered transferring this task to the CS team, that and I would be hesitant to do presently since what I want to do is beef up and improve the level of support CS is already rendering, as it is not up to par with my own standards.
