You claim that you changed your password only the first time I sold you the account, but before you told me that your account was hacked, the password had been changed 3 days ago

I don't remember telling you that it was the OO of the hcim
It's from a highly trusted friend of mine.

I remember that you told me that you were going to train
the hcim and then sell it for a higher price,
now that the account is dead i guess you want a refund of the full value of the account which was $500
in the original email, where the account was affiliated, it shows no indication of jagex notification, about recovery, blocking or password change

Since the day I had the email I have never changed it since that day. And you are deliberately lieing saying I was going to train and sell it. I died on the account 2 months ago, that has literally nothing to do with the fact you told me you were the OO and now you can’t get it back. Seems to me I was mislead.

 

You shouldn’t tell people you are the OO and then something like this happens and you can’t get the account back.

 

I honestly don't remember telling you, 'I've sold a lot of accounts I can't remember everything, I'm trying to get a copy of the ticket that you opened to buy the account but I still don't know how it works

hello, if you have a ticket bot from https://tickettool.xyz/ you should of have set a transcript channel (tbh all bots have it). you can just type in the search bottom the user name of the customer and it will pop like this Screenshot

i did it, save the transcript and then delete the ticket

 

If you can’t recover the account where are we going from here. A lot of money to just be out.
