@Abe has been DNT'd. Please help him with his account.

Seeing as @Abe has been inactive, I will be closing this report. He will be keeping his DNT until he either returns the account to you or he fully refunds you.

It has been discovered that @Abe never told @tendyies that he was NOT the OO of this account, despite his thread saying that he was.

@Abe is required to refund @tendyies the full amount for this account. @Abe is unable to repay as of now, so he has been banned 3 months for scamming + will keep a permanent DNT he will have to pardon for. The pardonable offenses will be scamming + lying about not being OO. This debt must be repaid in full in order to submit a pardon request.

@tendyies I am sorry for your loss,
Devil

Edit: 200$ has been offset - President (Tendyies recovered account)
Edit: 196 $ has been repaid back (Just note for future staff this in CAD)
