[ACCEPTED] Badlucks Pardon

• Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: I tried to reach Really Swell's Friend but I havent heard from him and Id be happy to repay someone else if he doesnt. I tried contacting months and months ago and forgot all about it and now just started trying again and have been chatting with video about it.
• Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: I am vegan (light banter) umm not that I am aware of.
• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: This took place so long ago and I don't remember exactly what happened but from what I believe it was more of a misunderstanding than a scam, although I do take blame for whatever u want to label it as and am willing to repay in full. (40m 07 or even btc equivalent.) The reason why I think you should forgive me is I am a totally different person than I was back then. What I mean by this is I am trusted in some other runescape communities mostly the large staker ones with thousands of dollars worth of gold on a daily basis. You might ask why I took so long to respond and heres why. Back then I didnt really care to go thru the effort to clear my name but now I am because I wouldnt mind being a part of this community as I am in many other runescape communities. I am not really sure what else to say but Thanks for reading.

Also, Dave gave you Really Swells Skype and Really Swell has been active for quite some time, there should of been no reason you couldn't of contacted him.

 

I can't remember exactly but I am pretty sure I just used that account to get pms from trusted members of the forum to make sure it was actually them on skype if u are able to check pms it would be mostly from Won Gold with me selling gold. Also if u read what I said its not actually Really Swell who was involved it was his Irl friend which he said he would get in contact with but as u can see here could not. He's put down on this thread that he is owed the GP: Been scammed? Post your valid scam report here. so I'd like you to get in contact with him again and work something out and then voting can begin.

 

Chloe idk if you understand the situation quite enough. and that screenshot shows him replying to finding his friend. He posted on that thread even though he wasn't even the actual person I had the whole ordeal with. He told Video and I that he was irl friends with the kid I dealt with off Sythe on a friends Teamspeak. If you look at the original scam report you only see me not replying to his skype msgs not the actual deal because I never did a deal with him I did a deal with his friend and if I remember correctly his friend is banned off of sythe. That screenshot is him saying his friend is not responding which if I also remember correctly was the case last time. So Really Swell was never out any money at all and I never even did a deal with him so I am wondering why other than him reporting me he is a part of this at all???

The reason I'm confused is because Really Swell put down on that official thread that he is to be repaid the 40m 07, the reason for that thread is to be repaid of scams that happened to you, not other people or irl friends.

I will contact Really Swell myself and get his side of the story because if it was his friend who got scammed then he shouldn't be trying to claim the 40m 07 which isn't his on an official thread.

Not to be rude but is that really something I have to wait for I am willing to give you the 40m if that can start the voting because I have no problem refunding for the misunderstanding but I don't really care if Really is lying or whatever but I really just want to start rebuilding myself as an active member of the community as soon as possible. He was infact not the one involved with me and I don't really agree with him getting refunded but wether u want me to or not makes no difference to me on who the 40m goes to as long as I can come back Ill refund whoever.

I will need to contact Swell about the repayment and giving it to his friend, since we cannot start the voting until all debts are repaid.
I've contacted him on Skype, we should have this resolved within the next 24 hours, thanks for your patience.
