Abyssal vine whip - Shit

[Determinate]

It'll end up being something to that you just have out of utility, like SOL's or longbow sights in f2p.

[rsplayer95]

The spec could really help with boss's, other than that I don't see it being used much in PvP.

Edit: Don't know why everyone thinks its a fail update, I thought it was actually great. Jagex never said' significantly boost the stats they just said 'boost' HUGE difference. No one should've expected the stats to be better than the rapier, the rapier is already too strong as it is if the whip got stronger than it would be way too overpowered. It now poison's and has a much better spec, overall a good update.

[I Got Munnyz]

Ppl who sold theirs for 40m each got lucky when it came out

[cool llama79]

Completely Pathetic Update again, Fagex.

[S l P]

I think it looks pretty cool might try it out.

[euro-case]

What did you expect, lol, really?

[Tckr]

What did you expect, lol, really?

Well considering the price increase in whips I think people thought it would have an AGS type special.

[Egu]

The special attack looks somewhat decent.

[pk]

You must be new to runescape. Look up the FIRST whip special it ever had before nerf.

2 specs, hits your MAX hit or a 0

dont remember this

[KingCrackerJacks]

What did you expect, lol, really?

i expected a whip with atleast +5 more strength and slash bonus, but no people pay 25m for 2 more strength and a shitty spec

[Derivex]

I believe a lot of merchers lost money with this, although it was a pretty big risk from the start not knowing exactly what the update was going to be. ;/

[SgtSnugg1es]

Jadinko update. Fail. Here's to hoping Citadels will be all they're hyped up to be.

[Rune Tycoon]

Guys, don't even bother getting the whip vine, it's really shit! So not worth it! it's like 2% better than the abyssal whip! Jagex said it would be significantly stronger but it's NOT! its shit! merchers dump all your whips NOW!!!

Stats (from runescape wiki)

it's so pretty....but shitty.

[steelers2224]

it's so pretty....but shitty.

Lol exactly. That should be the description for the vine whip lol.

[imtoomuch4u]

I don't know why people always act like if stuff like this hasn't happened in the past.

I mean Jagex always makes people so excited about updates, so people rush to be the FIRST always, they always end up being disappointed.

That's why when I read the update, I was like "oh cool" and moved on.

[Kabal]

Is it being used much at the duel arena to any affect? (movement off, spec on of course)

[I_Own_I]

hahaha i know that i know it was a fail update

[djinn]

Jagex fucked all the merchanters I guess

[Um0d]

Looks so lame!

[Famoushope]

They will soon make it better with out telling us.
