About TWC

Hi, I got yesterday morning a TWC, and I like you if can be reconsider about it

All our customers have pay after the service has been completed.

About It, I like to say that we always go first on the service we provide, never collected the payment before, this way customer can check first if his service has been fulfilled and have no complains to make payment.

We made a thread becouse we get scammed by a customer who once get done his quest service didn't pay, and we get sanctioned becouse the mod consider that we didn't tell customer to withdrow his valuables items from the account, we add a screenshot where we clearly ask to customer to left on the account only 3M RS07 and a Ranged Gear in bank (Imgur), so this way we accomplish the requirement about the reason we are TWC. There is no way to consider that we are trying to scamm anyone becouse always we are providing first the service.
We would like you to reconsider the aplication of TWC to our acc.
Any way becouse of this issue we already have update a more complete notificacion of T.O.S to sent to our future customers.
