ABM dispute

@Sythe can you review this case?

The user confirmed it was him in the trade, if he didn't I wouldn't have accepted.

• The user never asked for MY rsn, he confirmed blindly which is his responsibility to confirm correctly when someone asks him if he in trade with them.
• The user could be the owner of the account there no way an account could have been made that quick that was level 3 and they're ready to do the trade with the exact same name. The account was clearly pre-made (it was level 3).
• The user had the choice to confirm whether or not it was him in the trade.
• Only me and him knew the location of the trade and to be more exact the amount being traded, no one else did and the rsn which were being traded which I asked him if it was him in trade and the value, which he replied yes.
• it's only my responsibility to make sure the person I am in a trade screen with confirms they are trading with me, which is what this idiot did. You see this screenshot here Screenshot - dbb639ec82d51a6b588695ac136eb9d9 - Gyazo

There multiple other issues with this staff decision, If anything this should either be case win for me or split the pot.

This is not about money value what so ever I actually have more sitting in my bond atm then this case is worth, so getting my self banned would result in more of loss then this case is worth but this is about principle, I shouldn't have to pay this out.

I asked him to confirm he was in the trade which he was incapable of doing how is that my fault?

It is a different case completely,
essentially with a pm or confirmation, you would confirm both user names and UID's with discord, in this case, there was only one side that was confirmed, which would result in the trade being the fault. The user still quoted and confirmed it was there no reason I should responsible if the user wasn't aware of both names and blindly confirmed from only seeing the value of the trade.

• He says you put up 87m and declined , only way he would know that is if he was in the trade screen himself since the chat box only showed 1 trade being accepted there’s no possible way you declined and traded the “imposter” guy , he would never know you put up 87m if he wasn’t the person

I wasn't planning on posting on this anymore and will not be from this point on,

but someone generously offered to cover the money this report completely anonymously (as in I have no idea who it was) and despite me refusing the offer for various reasons, I would like to thank them for there very generous offer and let them know I highly appreciate it and it's nice to see someone in community trying to be so generous.

Edit: turned out he did send me it. basically, video asked me for my BTC before telling me about the situation and the guy just sent it straight away (this was before I start refusing it and then video explained the situation ) didn't even know he sent it till now when I checked after this talking to video on voice last night he said that guy sent which I didn't have clue about till I checked it today, turns whoever it was is a beast.
