I made another graphic! [My .. Fifth, I think?]

Okay, so, I worked on this for about 40 minutes or so. How does it look?

This is I think my fifth graphic since I've gotten CS3.

I like its but its a very basic background,that could use some work.

Pretty good for your 5th. Improving at a much faster rate than me. But yea, like stated, try to add some "Pisaz" to the background and enhance the overall theme. Make sure it's relevant. And for the Rihanna pic, Chris Brown's image, you can see the black around him. I like the Rihanna focal point.

 

The smudging is really good in my opinion. Simple but good. I like it.

I was gna say that

using a gradient for the background doesnt work.

Im gna be harsh here.

It doesnt blend at all

the text, is understandable, its extremely hard to place texts, but what makes it harder is a plain background.

Try some smudging, by that i mean duplicating your render 5 or so times, and moveing it so it covers the entire peice.

Smudge them, and it will blend nicely.

umm, try to add a c4d here and there.

But, for your fifth peice, i'd give it a...7/10

I like the second one with the gradient.

Other than them being an odd size I like it.

 

It's kinda plain other than that i like it.

 

A bit basic but for your fifth, I'd give it a 7/10, considering most people don't even know how to use the pen tool until they reach their 10th piece of work.
