A mishap regarding Vietballer

Well, a fairly trusted MM from sythe recently attempted to MM a trade between myself.

Everything was going some what smoothly until the pin came up as invalid. He then told me it was invalid and a refund would be given, but instead of giving the money back to me (even after I told him it need to go to me), he gave to the seller. I do feel like this was accidental, and he promised me a refund, I still wanted this to be posted until he refunded the money. He currently owes me 850k.

If any pictures are needed, let me know. Also, I'm not sure if you can ban the other guy, but he won't give me the money back.
