I was going to issue a refund but he got me banned and issued a chargeback. I was going to issue a higher amount than what he payed. Also, he payed with Canadian money. And when it was converted into American Money it turned into $112.56. He got that much back, or should have. So you can't really accuse me of scamming when he got back his money. Or atleast the US portion. I got my paypal verifyed the day after he charged back. I was going to issue him a full refund. Along with an extra refund. Also, I gave the account back to the seller. If you look in the mm thread you will see that I did. I don't really expect to be unbanned because I haven't issued his refund yet but hey. Also, I'm not going to issue him a refund until I get unbanned. He got most of his money back. Also I didn't block him. I just signed off since my msn froze. Well if I could just get unbanned I will refund him 115$ and a extra prize for not freaking out.
