Apple vs. Samsung

I applogise for guessing your phone incorrectly, but it is an Android based phone I'm assuming which is what will give you your bias. Just as my iPhone gives me mine.

Yes but it is the way they displayed them, the exact same phone, on the exact same background in some cases; not acceptable.

It does not cut out innovation it does the complete opposite. If you know you can't do things xyz to your phone, guess what you will do if you are really determined to make your own phone? Think of things abc.
Samsung isn't going to suddenly stop making phones over this, and the market is already hard to get it, that didn't put HTC and RIM off from trying. The argument that patents stifle competition and innovation is the one that annoys me most, you have to be so stupid to truely believe it if you have thought about it for more than thirty seconds. In third or fourth grade if your teacher said make anything but a car from paper, you make anything but a car, Samsung was the dumb ass in the room that made a car. Simple.

 

You are asinine. Companies sue on invalid patents all the time. Companies steal ideas all the time. Companies will do anything to make a buck. Get off Apple's dick.
