    A coincidence?

Wow, that was really helpful That One Kid :O

Meh, just keep your chin up. Obviously it's just a coincidence sprung by you being careless, and then trying to find excuses. Your attempt to refute theism...youfail.org.

How so? Meh, generally when flaming people about their intelligence, it's recommended to use proper spelling and grammar. Oh well. And what did I misread? You're saying you're not careless, but it's tough to argue that when you manage to lose a flash drive and an MP3 player that are so important to you.

And you're saying that all this happened because you tried to convince yourself that the bible doesn't exist, and I'm saying that your attempt to refute the bible was a failure FOR YOU, as it obviously didn't turn out too well...

I'm not saying you should believe in God or not believe in a God, I'm just saying you shouldn't be so ignorant as to assume that God was behind this.

    A coincidence?

One thing leads to another, Few months ago I was a strong believer but now, I'm sitting around the house doing self mutilation, swearing and what not. And it all started from one small thing. That's leading me further away.

    A coincidence?

See, this is what the Bible does to people. It makes them think that everything that happens is a "divine force" trying to tell them something, and not just a coincidence.

I'm sure it's the work of the devil that you're a white suburban kid who occasionally loses his expensive gadgets.

Care to explain how puberty has anything to do with getting keylogged?

    A coincidence?

    I have never lost them.
    Ever.
How is that a careless person, as I said, learn to read.

And if you don't believe then you wouldn't say that it was a fail at all, because then it WOULD be a coincidence.
And I didn't "assume" a divine force caused this.
As I said before, LEARN TO READ, I asked if it was a coincidence.
Generally when you ask someone something, it means your NOT assuming anything, your unsure of the answer.

    :/
Sythe made me realize it can't be true after reading the "something for all" threads about it.
Yes, because I used to have faith.
And I'm not careless, I NEVER lose anything.
    Suburban?
    I'm not from the Suburbs.

I'm about as poor as it gets while still having a house to live in.
Why can no one learn to read?
I saved up for 2 years for the damn MP3 player.
    No.
Try that was like 3 years ago.
    Lol'ed.

Hmm, sorry all the grammar mistakes on the first post made me misinterpret what you were trying to get across...

Obviously it's a coincidence, there's nothing to suggest it was anything but that.

Okay, I admit the Suburban thing was an assumption, but my false assumption didn't have to do with misreading what you wrote, just misinterpreting it. I saved up two years for my ipod as well.

I'm now an atheist, and I haven't lost it. I'm pretty careless too.

    It is a coincidence.

It's not God deciding you lose your MP3 player, and it's no God who made you lose your flash drive, that was your own stupidity. Same with the keylogger. If god is real, then why does he help Americans? Why doesn't he help little Ethiopian children who are starving and have AIDS?

Dude, saving 2 years for an ipod, you couldve bought a cheaper AND better one.

And there is an explanation for everything. Because you don't have the answer to something, doesn't mean a god or a devil did it.

    A coincidence?

Well it could be a sign that you made a mistake turning your back on your religion or just that you are careless. But personally I am religious and think it is a sign.

    A coincidence?

Because, since this is in the SFA section, we've already established that the existence of not homogeneous evil does not disprove theism. We can have a rational debate later, but let's wait for Shredder :p

    All the grammar mistakes, eh?
I'm bad about comma usage, sorry if that mangled your reading comprehension.
A 3 year old could have read that.

Finally, thanks for a REAL answer.
Short answer - Thanks for a real answer.
    Kk, thanks.

    My own stupidity?
Another person who's English comprehension is horrible.
I never lose anything besides that day.
    Ever.
I can't afford to, I HAVE top keep track of everything.
    I'm nowhere near that stupid.

And quite frankly, the comment about the Ethiopian children is the type of comment that made like 90% of my faith dissipate.
    Thank you.
Thank you, a religious persons opinion counts a lot considering your the first religious person to post a real answer.

Evil that is a mixture of more than one and you can't "legibly" separate them?
    Wait, what?
(Is my definition of "homogeneous" wrong?)
((I used "legibly" because my vocabulary is limited rofl, can't remember the word it uses...))

    A coincidence?

Homogeneous does not only apply to chemistry. If it did, your definition would be fine; you can no longer distinguish the individual compounds that form the mixture (like the solvent/solute). However, homogeneous can also mean "all of the same or similar kind or nature" or "evenly spaced" -- I'm focusing towards the similar kind of nature; the fact that evil is not dispersed "homogeneously" or dispersed evenly throughout the World does not disprove the concept of theism.
