    METHOD 1
    ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯

    Lvls 1-15/25:

I know many of you may have heard of using toy mice to train, but Jagex has nerfed them to give horrible exp. So, if you heard that was a great method, it no longer is.

Instead simply make your way to the Tree Gnome Stronghold and hop around its agility course. Bringing food isn't needed because you can't fail and get hurt on this course, but weight decreasing items are still helpful because they will make your energy last longer.

Energy potions are not really needed at this course since you'd only end up using a few from levels 1-25 anyways, so don't worry about them. Also, there is a new method for 15-25, so this is only the # 1 method through level 15, then it becomes the 2nd best method.

    EXP GAIN: 7k per hour

    MONEY GAIN/LOSS: 0 p/h

    METHOD 1
    ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯

    Lvls 15-25:

I recommend an interesting new approach for these levels. In the Edgeville Dungeon, there are monkey bars you can repeatedly cross. These are unfailable and if you're focused give 12k exp per hour! That's 5k more per hour than tree gnome stronghold, so use these if it doesn't bore you too much .

    METHOD 1
    ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯

    Lvls 25-40:

For these levels, use the Skullball Course. I've gotten a lot of questions as to where this was so here's some simple directions...

It's around the middle of the Mort Myre Swamp and is marked with an agility sign on the mini map. You will need to have completed Priest in Peril as well as Creature of Fenkenstrain because you'll need a Ring of Charos to access it.

Skullball is fairly fast exp once you get the hang of it. Don't get discouraged when it seems hard the first few times, you'll naturally get faster.

    EXP GAIN: 15k per hour

    MONEY GAIN/LOSS: 0 p/h

    METHOD 1
    ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯

    Lvls 40-49:

The Agility Pyramid is a better option than the Brimhaven Agilty Dungeon at these levels. It's recommended to bring super energy potions to this course and to get there, use a Pharoah's Sceptre! Pharoah's Sceptres take you right to the course (3rd option down). Light clothing, waterskins (4) or an enchanted water tiara are a necessity, as well as food. Baskets of strawberries work well!

There's a certain method here to get good exp. DO NOT go all the way to the top and get the treasure and exp bonus and slide back down. This takes way too long to get back onto the pyramid. Instead, once you reach the top level, walk backwards onto an obstacle on purpose. You will fail 100% of the time. Do this for 1-2 levels, and then trek back up, racking in the exp of the obstacles. The obstacles themselves give great exp, which is why you should do this.

    EXP GAIN: 25-30k per hour

    MONEY GAIN/LOSS: -15k p/h

    METHOD 2
    ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯

    Lvls 43-47:

Go to the Brimhaven mini-game arena. At this level you begin racking up tickets quickly. While collecting the tickets, make sure that you do obstacles while you wait for the dispenser to change. Collect 100 tickets. If you do that you should have 49 agility after spending the tickets on agility xp (if you don't reach level 49, it doesn't really matter, you'll definitely reach 47 or 48, which is high enough). Make sure to get Karamja gloves 2 (obtained from the medium Karamaja diary) as they give more xp per ticket.

    EXP GAIN: 15-23k per hour

    MONEY GAIN/LOSS: 0 p/h

    METHOD 1
    ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯

    Lvls 49-60/63:

From extensive testing, the Wilderness Course has been proven BETTER than the Ape Atoll until level 63. Remember that you can use familiars here such as the spirit terrorbird.

You can rake in great amounts of exp here, probably around 40k per hour if you're lucky with Revenants. Bring cakes, or other food to this course, a knife to get through spiderwebs, and if you're under 52 agility, bring an agility potion (drink it right before you enter to pass the first obstacle to get in) or a summer pie if you're below 49 agility, although I don't really recommend coming here before 49 agility as it's probably slower than the agility pyramid.

    ===Surviving Revenant Attacks===

Bring weight decreasing items (spottier cape, boots of lightness), and mage armor (D hide, mind shield or Bear helm, which you get from Mountain Daughter). When Revenants come, DO NOT immediately switch worlds. They have two routes. One is when a group of Revenants crawl along the east wall of the agility course, north to south. If you mind your own business, they won't attack. If they come inside the agility course, I'd recommend switching. You should only have to switch worlds 2-3 times per hour so you'll only lose out on 1-2 minutes per hour.

EXP GAIN: 28-40k exp per hour

    MONEY GAIN/LOSS: -5k p/h

    METHOD 2
    ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯

    Lvls 49-60:

If you don't like the risk of the Wilderness course, you can go to the Brimhaven Agility Dungeon. It becomes better than the Agility Pyramid around level 49. If you get a ticket with time to spare, focus on repeating the spikes, blades or pad obstacles a bunch. If you spam click the middle of the trap, you will slide by really fast every other time so use this to your advantage. Bring cakes or baskets of strawberries to keep your hp under 15.

    EXP GAIN: 30kish per hour

    MONEY GAIN/LOSS: -5k p/h

    METHOD 1
    ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯

    Lvls 60-70ish:

After many long debates, I've been convinced that for these 10 levels, the Werewolf course is the best exp. You must have completed Creature of Fenkenstrain to access this course, and make sure you bring your ring of charos. For fastest access, use the fairy ring code "DLS" or "ALQ." High bite to hp food (like sharks), are really recommended here, as you take tons of damage and cakes will waste time. Super energy potions are also recommended, it may be worthwhile to bring a beast of burden to carry some items.

Enter the small dungeon southeast of Canifis and go to the west to start the course. Make sure you keep your hp above 30 because you can take HEAVY damage on the last obstacle. Around level 70ish, Ape Atoll course becomes a bit better. Also, this course is the only course where negative weight actually helps you; in fact a lot! So bring a familiar and try to keep all of your food with the familiar and bring all of the weight decreasing items that you can. If you get to the maximum negative weight (paradox much?) you will hardly fail at all.

    EXP GAIN: 35-42k per hour

    MONEY GAIN/LOSS: -20k (using sharks)

    METHOD 1
    ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯

    Lvls 63/70-80:

It's best to start this course at level 70, preceding it with the Werewolf course. But, if you haven't done Creature of Fenkenstrain, or don't like Mort Myre Swamp, (count me in!) then head over to Ape Atoll earlier, at 63. It's also useful to go earlier (although not recommended), because then you don't have to be switching courses a lot. But my main point is going to ape atoll at 63 won't hurt much.

It's extremely important that you use super energy potions at this course. It's also vital to have the Ape Atoll teleport (from Recipe For Disaster).

This course is great because at 75 agility, you will stop failing! At level 63 you may fail a great deal, and get very annoyed, but if you stick to it you will gain close to 35k xp per hour, making it a great secondary method at those levels. The course becomes better than the Wilderness course at level 63, (but remember it's not better than Werewolf until level 70) so take that into account. Once you're lvl 75, using super energy pots, you can gain over 50k exp per hour (up to 55k).

YOU MUST do Monkey Madness and have a ninja greegree to do this course.

EXP GAIN: 50k per hour (w/ super energies)

    MONEY GAIN/LOSS: -10k p/h

    METHOD 1
    ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯

    Lvls 80-99:

It is extremely debatable as to which course you should use at these levels. Ape Atoll or Dorgesh-Kaan? My answer used to be Ape Atoll, but I found otherwise while I tackled 99 agility myself.

Dorgesh-Kaan IS faster exp, BUT ONLY once you are in the 80s. Ape Atoll MAXES at 54k xp per hour and Dorgesh-Kaan MAXES at 66k xp per hour, although this is impossible to achieve consistently since you fail even at level 99. One negative side to Dorgesh-kaan however, is that you'll end up spending around 1 mil more on super energies to 99 agility (about 1/3 more than you would on Ape Atoll). Also, to get there the fastest way, use the "AJQ" fairy ring code.

This course can be, for some people, much more annoying than Ape Atoll. You'll be losing 10-20 hours by choosing Ape Atoll over Dorgesh-Kaan however. At Dorgesh-Kaan, you're always asked to retrieve an item for the goblin.

THIS CAN BE EASY TO FORGET!

To help you remember, either type the first letter of the item you need, or place an item in a certain row of you inventory (the top inventory space could represent the power box, etc.)

    EXP GAIN: 54-62k per hour

    MONEY GAIN/LOSS: -15k p/h

    ¸.•*´¨¨*•.SPEED.•*´¨¨*•.¸

This skill scores a 4 on speed with the fastest exp possible at around 63k per hour.

    ¸.•*´¨¨*•.USES.•*´¨¨*•.¸

Recharges energy faster, Enables shortcuts, big quest helper, and you can wield several new items with it.

    ¸.•*´¨¨*•.MISCONCEPTIONS.•*´¨¨*•.¸

The barbarian outpost course is used a lot but is A WASTE OF TIME. It's slower than Skullball and you fail a lot more.

Summoning monsters such as spirit terrorbirds and bull ants CANNOT be used while training at Ape Atoll

Spirit wolves CAN NOT scare revenants away at the Wilderness Course, because it is single way combat.
