I was recently scammed by a member of the sythe community, i have filed a report on him. but when i try to recover my account i get this message

We didn’t receive your appeal, but don’t worry: we think this is due to a security feature that gives you 20 minutes to complete the process. All you need to do is start the process again, making sure you complete it within 20 minutes. If this still doesn’t work, be assured that we’re trying to get you back in game as soon as we can and please try again later.

But i completed the form in near 5 minutes :\ i tried to recover 3 days ago and got this message, then today i tried and am still getting this message... anybody else having this problem?
