I can't recover my account?

I was recently scammed by a member of the sythe community, i have filed a report on him. but when i try to recover my account i get this message

But i completed the form in near 5 minutes :\ i tried to recover 3 days ago and got this message, then today i tried and am still getting this message... anybody else having this problem?

 

Maybe you fill not enough information or something? Never happened to me. Ill try to find whats wrong with it. Be right back.

 

I've recovered many accounts but never seen that before, I did hear that they recently changed the appeal process.

 

It means you filled one out sent it in, then tried again within 20 minutes.

or, you filled one in then canceled and are trying again within 20 minutes.

 

Edit Never mind, i just tried to login to my account and i guess they accepted the appeal as i can log in now :\

 

They screwed up the appeal process. I cant even get most of my scammed accounts back =[.

 

Yeah, rs just mistakenly tells you that from time to time. I've gotten the same messages when I try to remove/add emails, just interpret that message as "We got your request"
