    Life story

Ok so I hope I can get some good feedback from this.

    Background:
I have an older sister who attends a private university in Colorado for pharmacy (big scholarship and she plays lacrosse for them)

I have an older brother who is going to University of Arizona for construction management.

Tl;dr my brother and sister are over very smart.

Ok so my whole life I've been smart but lazy as hell. I always do good on tests but I never do homework. Because of this I do not have the best grades meaning I can't get the best scholarship. My junior year first semester I was expelled (if you want to know details MSN me) so that ruins the rest of my chances for a good scholarship.

I am now entering my senior year in high school. I signed up for 4 ap classes (6 class schedule) hoping to maybe improve my resume etc.

I decided that after High School I NEED to leave my house AND severe ties with both of my parents. I truly hate my parents. I can not stand them and I need to get out of here.

So now what I've been thinking is one of the following:

Since I can not pay for college on my own I won't be able to do that YET.

I was thinking of maybe getting an apartment somewhere and starting my life. But I don't want to do this and then give up college all together.

Or someone brought up the military. Because with the G.I. bill don't they pay for your college?

How long would I have to be in the military?

What would it consist of etc.??

    Ideas??

Although you may hate your parents, is there any chance they can pay for college for you or at least pay a majority of it? Try asking them, or make an attempt to persuade them to do so.

No they will. I just don't want to deal with them past High school at all. They will pay for me through college if I want to..but I can't stand talking with them. I suppose another option would be college then don't come home for summers/holidays.

Not to be a douchebag, but kid smoking weed until you get into colleges, Be nice to your parents as long as they are useful. Its kinda heartless, but college is necessary to get a good job.

Start doing lots of work, and set a goal for making money. Good luck bro.

I'd check out ROTC. I'm not an expect about the program (qualifications, terms you have to service, etc) but they are paying entirely for my friend's education (board fees, books, you can even get a monthly check) to Boston University (48k a year).

That would definitely help you out

You need to spend 4 years, if I'm not mistaken. You could always take out a loan, or could continue with your idea of being in the Military. You'll always have a good chance of being deployed though, no matter what branch. Goodluck.
