Has anyone tried the parent email method? I did 4-5 days ago and I haven't heard back from them.

 

Write something like this:
Dear Jagex,
My son's account has been banned for macroing. I understand this is a serious issue in Runescape but my son was bullied by his other friends that were saying his account isn't good enough and that their account is better and that they could kill him. So my son decided to macro on his account to make his account better or as good as his friends' accounts. I was really shocked to hear that my son's account was banned because he worked on it for a long time. Please unban my son's account, he did not mean any harm to the game and was just bullied by his friend's into marcroing on his account.

Hello JaGeX, I have just recovered my computer from some sort of virus and when I tried to log into RuneScape, it told me that I was banned. From about 4:30; when I came home from school, somebody had gained access to my computer and was controlling it, they had gone into my WoW account, email account and tried to gain access to my PayPal before I was able to regain access to my computer. I dont know what they did and have no idea what I can do about this problem, I will have done a system reboot and installed several antiviruses and now want to play on RuneScape. I feel quite upset about this as I have had the account for about 2 years now and have spent a lot of my time on this great game. So, if you will, please take the time to investigate this case and then you will realise that I didnt do anything wrong but not have antivirus installed.

The story is a bit weak.

I say his friend introduced him to bots and reassured him it was legal. Say your child is mentally challenged or so he doesn't understand difficult concepts, mainly the runescape tos.
