Need help with heroes' quest

[Harped]

I need a phoenix gang member to finish it. You can help me even if you've already beat the quest. I can give you a candlestick if you haven't beat the quest already.

PM "Puppet" in-game with the word "Hero"

if you have IRC go to #heroshelp. or #heroquest. or go on runescape forums, and look theres a sticky for the "Hero's Quest Partner" in the quest help section
