73 - 90 Range...

Hey, I need the quickest cheapest/cheap way to 90 Range starting from 73...

If you're going to suggest Bronze Knives at Yaks or w/e with full Void and an accumulator, please mention about how many Bronze Knives will be good enough for me to purchase!

Do you want to accumulate money while you train range?

Otherwise, I would do Fire Giants so you could get some loot while training and Pray XP if you need it.

I don't know if I did the calculations wrong or not, I think I did.

You need about 4.4 Mil Xp from 72. That's 4 XP per hit.

Average that each hit is about 5 damge.

4.4mil/4 = about 1.1 mil.

1.1mil/5 = about 200k Bronze Knives.

There is no set amount for knives, You should use an accumulator so you can keep them.

What I'd suggest;

-Full void
-Fury/Ranging amulet
-Ranger/snakerskin boots
- ~50k Bronze knives
- Accumulator

Best places to try it out would be fire giants, Yaks, rock crabs (3-spot at waterbirth).

I was considering about 100K - 150K knives, I guess I'll buy 50K and see how far that gets me and buy a little more if needed.

With the increasing prices of d bones you could easily make 400-500k+ an hour and buy those chins. Way faster than using knives or bone bolts.

Lets just say, 400k / hr.

Ok, 80k spent on Misc. 320k remaining; = 425 Chins bought at 750ea.
Average xp / chin @ 150.
= 64k ranged xp.
Takes ya like, 30 mins total- 25 mins to shoot, 5 mins to slip on gear and run to Ape Atoll or even less to Chaos Tunnels.
30mins + 1hr green drag = 1 1/2 hr


= 43k ranged xp an hour. More if you're good at Fast Green Drag killing.
I think that is twice as fast as throwing knives.
