I sent $34 to him on Wednesday, July 15 from Hoffman Estates, IL to Canada (His address has always been the same. From 1-2 years ago I bought in the area of 400m through mail which he paid without trouble.) It normally takes about 5-7 days for mail to get to Canada from the US. I didn't get a response through email, Sythe PM, or IM until today, July 27. Since I was suspecting he was ignoring me on purpose, I created a new account and added him with it. I got on that one after trying to get a response on my original address (which did not work.) He responded within seconds after trying my other account:

I do not have his MSN in that pic, but I do have this:

It shows that he is online on one, and the other one I added was '[email protected]' which is the one that was too full of contacts to add any more. I put sales2 as the one he is online on.

I dropped hints on this 'other' account that I was ImAFool, which he did not pick up. After I did not respond in the above convo, I IM'ed him on my MSN where he knows I'm ImAFool. He THEN responded (after almost TWO weeks). I asked him if he had gotten my money and he said he would check the mail. Ten seconds after that, he responded on my other account where he did not know it was me:

I logged off here and back on. He responded to this account, but when I asked him to confirm there was no mail on the account where I knew he was ImAFool, he did not respond (Here: http://img40.imageshack.us/img40/3867/46359591.png). Here is his MSN in the pic (I use meebo):

All during this, I asked unb4nned to help me out as he was the only one on at the time that I had on MSN and had no idea how to go about this. I asked him to add [email protected] and say something. If he added him, he was there. This is unb4nned's picture:

So far, he has not responded to either me or unb4nned.

I'll try to contact him, but otherwise, give him a bit more time. If you can't get a response in the next week or so, bump the report.

 

It's been two weeks now and I still haven't heard of him since.

 

Three weeks, still, nothing.

 

He hasn't been online in nearly 2 weeks. As is, his staff rank has been revoked for inactivity.

Still, with all the trades he has done, I don't think he'd scam on a $35 trade. I've locked a few of his sale threads, and will see that he contacts you when he gets back from his apparent hiatus.

 

Perhaps it was the thought that it would be easy to get away with?

Since R2 seems to have hit his PM storage limit, I'm posting here. He contacted me again to fix what went wrong. Unfortunately, after that, he went MIA (again). There is absolutely no reason why I am still waiting AFTER he was talking to me on MSN.

 

He did try to pay you, but you weren't ready >.>

I can understand that you're unhappy with the amount of time that the trade has taken, but that is something you should post as sale feedback. I'm not prepared to ban him when he has recently made an effort to resolve this, and I can see no indication that he's scammed.

 

Sorry for the late response, I didn't know there was another post. And you're right, totally right. I am unhappy, and it is indeed sale (even though there was no sale completed) feedback. I'm not doubting that he intends to pay me; however, R2 seems like he is giving the bare minimum effort to do so. Aside from that, I can't even talk to him, since his Sythe inbox is full, I don't see him on MSN, and he doesn't answer my emails. As you can see in the pics I sent you a couple weeks ago, he doesn't even need to talk to me to buy what I need anyways, it was all in our convo. I sent him another email tonight, with full instructions on what to do, so as long as he reads it there shouldn't be a problem.

 

Now I would like to point out almost a month after my last post that R2 has been online several times and even made a post, but I still haven't heard from him.

 

I still don't believe he has any intention to scam.

Nonetheless, it has been two months, so he is banned until the debt is paid.
