scammed me out of 16$ on paypal. i was buying.
he took forever to come, and left right after i spotted him.
he claims to not have an paypal account under the email account i messaged him on, but when i called him by the name listed on the paypal account, he responded to me.
I pmed him on a whole bunch of different msn names becuase he blocked me, and he pretended not to know me. then he loosened up and said it was my fault i was scammed by him.
i want this dick to be ip banned
